My name is Karen Hollish, and I’m a bona fide dog fanatic. On Poochy Keen I will post stories about dog-friendly spots, reviews of pooch products and profiles of canine friends I meet at home and on the road. You can expect photo illustrations and anal-retentive attention to grammatical conventions.
In my everyday life I work as a print journalist for a community newspaper. I intend Poochy Keen to serve as both a resource for fellow dog fanatics — especially those in their late 20s, like me — and as a personal antidote to the daily-deadline grind.

Hi Karen. My mom’s a dog fanatic. too – well, she’s fanatically about me and my new brother anyway. She writes a blog for me (I don’t type because of lack of opposable thumbs) and would love for you to contribute to it. She’s hoping to start a centralized place where all dogs can be heard!
