I'll never forget when I had to watch Max-dog for an entire month when Mom and Dad vacationed in Texas. For what seemed like a week, he sat by our front door whining and waiting for Mom's return. Bud's five-year memorial is today. I still remember him fondly and couldn't have asked for a better companion. That was a very nice Mother’s Day tribute.
